I move that we don't give these sex offenders quite so
many opportunities to become REPEAT sex offenders.
The Parole Boards in this country are appalling. We
need to get some mad reform up in there. =P
Besides, rapists are both psychologically and
spiritually ill. Their testicles are not the cause of
the problem.
