Evolution, and various scientists saying different things about it. The 
current explanation that I read is that Evolution is all change, 
mutations, and growth from generation to generation. In that sense, it 
is not really a Theory anymore, but an observation. 

A Scientific Theory is a Theory that cannot be disproven. So while 
scientists may consider Evolution to be a fact, I think they are being 
disengenous by expanding the concept to include any kind of change, 
mutation, etc. The scientific community still cannot agree over how 
Evolution happens, which is part of what Darwin originally proposed in 
his Theory. So half of the theory is accepted as a fact by scientists, 
and the other half has several competing theories. In literature that 
would be called a half-baked theory.
