Last year I vowed to uphold the five mindfulness trainings.
  
  Not killing
  Not stealing or taking what is not offered
  not engaging in harmful sex
  using mindful speech and not lying
  Not taking intoxicants ,
   
  I quit smoking and drinking alcohol and it made a big difference .I am so 
glad I did .
