Although I'm imagine John already knows this I would only add for
clarification that 'zazen' does not exclusively refer to formal meditation
done on the cushion (zafu).  'Zazen' is to be steadily extended to
meditative walking (kinhin), chanting, doing household chores...and
eventually to all areas of your life.
