Good afternoon,

I have a Microsoft Terminal Server behind a Zen Load balancer appliance. I
have noticed that there is a noticeable delay - for example when typing it
takes a while for text to catch up.

If I connect straight onto the terminal server bypassing the zenloadbalancer
appliance, then the connection is fine.

The load balancer is on the same network as the terminal server on a gigabit
switch, so I can't see why so much apparent latency would be introduced. Any
ideas?
The load balancer appliance at all times during my tests had low CPU usage,
there was 800Mb of free Ram, so it doesn't appear to be having resource issues?

Regards

Alex
