Hi Alex, we just tested a farm with TS without problems, I used the default
configuration, which number of backends do you have?  wich number of users
did you test?

could you try with other protocol, not rdp? web, smtp or other?

THe connection between backend and client over zen is always active and
running, for this reason if the appliance is down of load and use of network
all could work fine!

maybe a problem with your network configuration on the appliance, can you
send us a screenshot about network section?

Can you send us some ascii map about your network architecture for help us
to search possible problems


Could tell other members that use zen with terminal server?
