If connection is handled by one Server it could be related with persistence
session, I suppose you require it.

What port or ports are you balancing in Dell vWorkspace? You could use
tcpdump (install from deb repos) and configure something like this to
ensure all the Real Servers are working.

tcpdump -i any port <hereyour port for dell vwworkspace> or port <here
another port>

also you can have a look to conntrack table with

conntrack -L

and find here the Real Servers.
