The configuration in the document looks perfect.
If you suspect connection is only managed by one real server, then ensure
the server is not managing connectio is not configured as Down by health
check (FarmGuardian).
If you are working with persistence session and just there is one IP client
then all connections are going to be managed by the same server, obviously.
On the other hand, what zen version are you working with? 3.10, isn't it?
there are some bugs fixed in 3.10 related with l4xnat farms and load
balancing to backends.
