Bernd,
You have zenwin-0.22 and zenoss-0.21. zenwin-0.22 is configured to
use zenxevent which was new in zenwin-0.22. If you change your
zenwin configs to use zope for their zem parameter this should work.
zem http://yourzope:8080/zport/dmd/ZenEventManager

the passwords have changed.
Since I'm new to zenoss I don't know how to configure zenoss to not
use zenxevent - and wether it makes sense to do so.
Meanwhile I try to get zenoss 0.22.2 running on SuSE 10.1, but
that's another task...
