I have moved some equipment around and re-ip'd it in ZenOSS via the manage interface and reset IP.
The problem is that although it resets the IP of device, all of the associated monitored processes and services (ie. NTP, SNMP, etc) retain their old IP value. Is this a bug, or do I have to another step to reset the IPs of the monitored services? Until they all get reset, and the IP is freed in the database, you cannot monitor another device with the original IP address. It would be a good feature that if you reset the IP through the management interface, all the associated records with the device also get reset.
