A lot of things can already be done via xml/rpc by virtue of the Zope
model. I'm not sure how efficient it would be to do a lot of this, but
you could aways add your own APIs if needed.
We are planning to provide some sort of helpdesk integration. Are you
presently using an open-source solution for your help desk?
