I am currently monitoring about 150 devices (about 60 servers and 90 switches), and I have noticed that on some devices I get gaps in the RRD graphs.
I am concerned about this because I am not sure if it is an indicator that the system is too busy to poll that device. I don't get any alerts about the device being down, but there are gaps in a lot of the graphs of the devices. Should I be looking at perhaps breaking my monitoring server into multiple stations? Also, does ZenOSS support clustering or something similar? Can I have multiple 'sensor' stations reporting to a central server that I monitor everything on?
