Hello all, we are getting Zenoss up and running here and I am struggling to understand how to properly map events. We have some Juniper/Netscreen firewalls that we monitor and I get lots of VPN Up/Down events. I have looked at the Zenoss Admin guide and searched/read a bunch of posts here, but I still don't get it really.
I think I need to create some regular expressions to perform patter matches on the events so I can classify them properly. Are there any goods docs that explain this in detail out there?
