I've set up a block of 10 mixed Linux and Windows servers to be monitored via SNMP by Zenoss. They are both working well, apart from the initial data that populates the OS, Software tabs under the Devices section. Windows servers are fine, both of the tabs are populated, but on my Linux servers, neither of these tabs are populated...
