Is there a libzenoss directory in your zenossinst directory?
Also, test to see if $ZENHOME/Products and $ZENHOME/bin are actually
checked out from svn:
>cd $ZENHOME/Products
>svn info
>cd $ZENHOME/bin

Can you list the steps you took to upgrade your install? Looks like the
install scripts and the some of the code got out of sync.
