I haven't had a problem with using the Copy method, so I'm not sure why it
didn't work for you. But I'm glad you got it running!

 Hi, Greg!
Thank you for your help!
as I wrote in previous message copy method did not work
but I entered the parameters and value from
"ethernetCsmacd<http://10.16.0.40:8080/zport/dmd/Devices/rrdTemplates/ethernetCsmacd>"
to "Multirate
HDSL2<http://10.16.0.40:8080/zport/dmd/Devices/rrdTemplates/Multirate%20HDSL2>
"
and it works I can see the graph !
Thank you

But i cannot understand why copy method did not work?

Valery

HELP!

Hi, Valery. This thread on the forum covers how to get the non-ethernet
port working, Just replace frame-relay with the name of your sdsl port:
"Multirate HDSL2"

To the folks at ZenOss - this should go into the FAQ.
