For my monitoring applications, I do not need zenmodeler to remodel my systems except when triggered manually. I want to disable it but not see complaints about zenmodeler heartbeat failures. How can I disable the checks for individual daemons? Failing that, how can I tell zenmodeler not to remodel anything except perhaps what's in /Discovered?
David, 1. Stop the zenmodeler process. 2. Comment out the C="$C zenmodeler" line in your bin/zenoss startup script. 3. Go to EventManager in the web interface and clear heartbeats. -- Chet Luther [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
