You need to alter or create a new graph in the PerfConf for Windows to see the 
IO stats graphed.

Under linux: we can only give you what we can get from SNMP before we have to 
dive into plugins.  If you install the zenplugins on your linux boxes,  you can 
monitor things like I/O:
