I'd check the filesystem permissions on $ZENHOME (/usr/local/
zenoss). Make sure they are writable by the user you are building
zenoss with (zenoss). You can test this by running:
mkdir /usr/local/zenoss
touch /usr/local/zenoss/.foo
-c

Did you check zenbuild.log for error messages?
Problems with mkdir frequently indicate that $ZENHOME isn't setup
correctly.

Hi,
i try to install Zenoss, but unfortunatly fail.
Maybe someone has an idea.
.profile from /home/zenoss/
export ZENHOME=/usr/local/zenoss
export PYTHONPATH=$ZENHOME/lib/python
export PATH=$ZENHOME/bin:$PATH
if i run the install script:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/tmp/zenoss/zenoss-1.1.1> ./install.sh
This installer actually builds Zenoss.
For a simpler installation try the VMPlayer Appliance image,
or use RPMs for Redhat based systems.
