There are ways, but the fastest way, if your just interested in seeing a
list of your devices would be to just click on the "Devices" button on
the left-hand menu. It will give a full listing of your Devices and if
their IPs and if there are any events related to those devices.
If this is not what you need, you can create a System group and stick
all of your devices into that system using the "Edit" page of every
device. But still yet, you would have to click on that System group to
see a listing of all your devices.
On a side note, if any of your devices have events, reguardless if they
are in a grouping or not, they will be listed on the Dashboard under the
right-hand column under Devices with Events.

that we're monitoring and it would save us a lot of time to just be
able to pick a server directly from the first page at which you
