Does the floppy file-system appear on the OS tab of the device in
question? If so, you could go to the zProperties of
/Devices/Server/Windows and set zFileSystemMapIgnoreNames to "A:" or
whatever matches the name of the file system.

I forgot to mention that you'll need to go to the Manage tab of the
device and re-collect it to have this change take effect.
