I also had the problem of not being able to see the Organized Graphs under Reports. I built v1.1.1 from the source tarball, so this might not be a VMWare problem.
I solved this problem, though it took me most of this morning to do so. Originally, I had run ReportLoader.py without -f option. After I re-ran it with the -f option, Zope stopped working. I eventually got Zope to work again and got it to display the Organized Graphs after removing the zeo1-1.zec Zope persistent cache file from the .../zenoss/var directory. Zenoss should be stopped before you remove this file though.
