It would be best to configure performance templates monitoring SNMP values rather than relying on the modeling for your monitoring. The admin manual explains how to configure all of that stuff. It is all under the PerfConf tab for the devices. You just need to know the OID to poll for the value you are wanting to get, which is the same as most other monitoring suites.
