The Linux distributions have a hard time coming to a consensus on what
the MySQL packages should be called. Your version of MySQL is new
enough, so I'd suggest installing the Zenoss RPM with --nodeps.

I believe in the next major version Zenoss is moving to a system where
they'll be creating distribution-specific RPMs to
