I am getting the messages in my zenping log that says:
2007-04-24 18:45:40 WARNING zen.ZenStatus: device 'xxx.xxx.com' network
'10.200.0.0/24' not in topology
This is happening for every host that is on the same subnet as the zenoss box
itself which has an IP on its internal NIC of 10.200.0.1. The default route
for the box it to the internet, but all of the boxes in question are on the
local subnet. Is there a way to force zenoss to see these boxes as on the same
subnet as the server itself?
Calvin,
This should work if the zenoss box had its routing table modeled
properly. If you go to the OS tab for this device do you see the
routes listed? Specifically the one that looks like:
Destination: 10.200.0.0
NextHop: 0.0.0.0 (None)
Interface: eth0 (or whatever you LAN interface is)
Protocol: local
Type: direct
