I followed the instructions in this thread and was able to build but none of my
graphs work. This messages alludes to there being something more i need to but
in the build/nagios-plugins-1.4.5/lib/regex_internal.h file.
Can someone help, freebsd also has the nagio-plugins in the ports, can i use
that instead?

Zenoss doesn't need the nagios plugins to function, or even to create
the default set of performance graphs. You can definitely use the
nagios-plugins from ports. Just go into the zProperties for /Devices
in Zenoss and set the zCommandPath to where these live.
