I patched EventFilter.py on 1.1.2 and the eventClass query is fixed.
deviceClass and systems still have the pipe, I haven't tried others
yet. I'm only testing with alerts, I don't have any commands set up
at the moment.

I spoke too soon, without reading the entire page for 1048.
Maybe I should actually try the patch? ;)
I tried the patch and it had no effect on alerts (device classes or
event classes). Should I be adding something to trac? Do I have
permission to do so?
