With ".05,*" RPN, zenoss tell me that I have used 4% of disk space
instead of 88%.

Does bellow entry in FAQ incorrect?

Basil,

That entry in the FAQ is partially incorrect. Linux does report only
95% of a file system's total blocks through SNMP because it is saving
5% for the super user. It is wrong about how to compensate for this.

I'd recommend that you don't try compensating for this 5% skew. Linux
does this for a reason. When trying to fix full file system issues,
having some wiggle room for root can be invaluable.

Or you could set the userBlocks RPN to ".95,*" This still wouldn't be
completely accurate until the utilization reached 100%. The lower the
utilization, the less accurate it would be. I don't think this is a
very good idea.

Thanks for explanations.

BTW, zenoss is a great thing, I'm hooked with it ;-)
