In 1.1.1 you go to Event Manager and click clear heartbeats near the
bottom. This just removes all the current heartbeats in the system.
Zenoss 1.1.x expects to hear from infrastructure devices it's heard
heartbeats from before. So if you clear them, then it no longer has
heard from the old server, so it no longer expects to...
