Eric,
I think it works its just a little stupid the way the UI is setup.
Select the template and choose Copy. Then choose paste to... and
select he class. Let me know if this doesn't work. We changed it in
the trunk so that Paste to behaves like you would expect.

I imported 64-bit counter zenpack, and tried to move the interface
template to /Network/Router/Cisco, but it doesn't work.
