I've got just under 23,000 .rrd's, mostly switches with a few servers. I had to stop loading devices because of server performance; Zenperfsnmp is not completing within 300 seconds (this is just a lowly test server). I still have about 50 switches and lots of servers to add so it looks like I'm going to need an additional performance server.
Question though. Unless I am mistaken the original post has 3 performance servers setup on ONE physical server? I'm thinking of trying this to see if there is a change in server performance.
