If that is the case, it is different from 1.1.x to 1.9.x (2.0 Beta) Under 1.1.x, you got to Browse By --> Systems or Groups or Locations, then click the box beside the System / Group or Location you want to delete and click the delete button at the bottom. Under 1.9.x (2.0 Beta), you would go to Browse By --> Systems or Groups or Locations, then click beside the System / Group or Location you want to delete and click the down arrow next to Sub-Groups / Sub- Locations or Sub-Systems and select Delete Organizers and this will delete the item you selected.
