Try deleting your $ZENHOME/var/zenhub-1.zec file then restarting zenhub. It's possible that the zenhub cache was corrupted.

Erik, I'm getting the same error.  Not sure what to do with the patch
or I'd apply it.

I figured out a non-programmer way to apply the file.  :)
Unfortunately it made no difference.  Still get this:
