Same here. There are a number of devices that it won't add, manually, or during a scan. Sometimes it reports a critical error--that it cannot find the IP of the device--and other times it will return no error at all, but just doesn't add it to the device list. I can manually ping all the devices fine from the computer Zenoss is running on (all the time).
I didn't upgrade to 2.0 though--I have a fresh install (first time using Zenoss). Unrelated (I think) note: I also ran into the net-snmp get_version issue with RHEL5 and had to fall back to the old snmp support. I saw that elsewhere in the forum and wasn't sure if it had been established as a real bug or not, but it bit me while following the installation instructions. ------------------------ Paul Tessman -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=7910#7910 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
