You may be right with the lower case-ness, I've downloaded the EL5 version and
I get fewer dependencies needed:
error: Failed dependencies:
mysql >= 5.0.22 is needed by zenoss-2.0.1-0.i386
mysql-server >= 5.0.22 is needed by zenoss-2.0.1-0.i386
net-snmp is needed by zenoss-2.0.1-0.i386
If I can resolve net-snmp I might just force the install...
