Chet,
So why the missing graphs? In the last link you sent there were three files that had updated content: zenperfsnmp.py, zenperfxmlrpc.py and zenprocess.py. I assume that all of these were supposed to be replacements for the files with the same names in /opt/zenoss/Products/ZenRRD/ - is that correct?

With respect to the change I had to make, it was pretty obvious that line 53 in zenprocess.py, which referenced SnmpDaemon was horked. Here's a paste of that line and the two preceeding lines which show that there must be a path in the line that references Products/ZenRRD:

50 from Products.ZenRRD.RRDUtil import RRDUtil
51 from Products.ZenRRD.ThresholdManager import Threshold, ThresholdManager
52 from SnmpDaemon import SnmpDaemon

Anyway, no matter - changing line 52 to include Products.ZenRRD made the errors go away.

However, my problem now is that all of my graphs are gone. I want them back. I know you guys are working hard on this so I apologize for being course in my previous mail.

Just want to know why my graphs went bye bye and what I can do to get them back. Plus hoping that these revised Python scripts will cure the false positives on monitored services on remote hosts.

Clayton,

Are all of your graphs missing, or just network interface graphs? If it is just the network interface graphs you may be related to the interface naming changes mentioned in the 2.0.1 release notes (http:// www.zenoss.com/community/docs/index.html/release-notes/release-notes).

If you want your old interface data back, you can switch your zCollectorPlugins to the InterfaceAliasMap instead of InterfaceMap. I'd suggest that you stick with the standard InterfaceMap and let your interface graphs start building data using the new (ifDescr) name. This is the gold standard for naming interfaces.
