I have problems adding devices. I enter the DNS name or IP address and I make sure it's the correct information and click add, but nothing happens. It goes to the status page and looks like it's trying to do something, then it just stops. The whole page is just blank. Is this a problem with the VM, or authentication or something? What can I do to fix this problem?
