I have put off Windows monitoring behind some other tasks, and am intending to use native WMI if the tools work right (which I haven't seen anyone report SUCCESSFULLY using them on this list yet ;). If you're wanting to monitor using SNMP, I don't see any reason not to copy the windows templates to a new name, and modify the OID's they specify for the Informant MIB, and pull the standardized OID's present in Windows (from the Cacti templates).
