So I figured out that it sometimes works. If I say ipconfig /all as the
windows command, it runs. So does net start <service> so I've got what I
really need right now.
Was the interactive program starting not working a bug, or a design
decision? It's just easy to check everything is working if I can invoke
notepad etc.

If it is not that, well no other idea since I'm in front of a KDC
problem now (it does not recognize the realm I set in zWinUser,
whereas WMI is working correctly, I don't understand...), so winexe
fails when attempting to log on the remote windows server.
