I have tried the zenoss VMWare Appliance, 3 physical servers and a VM I built from scratch. Every one of them has a problem with monitoring windows servers via snmp. The event just says "snmp agent down on device <name>"
If I run zenperfsnmp by hand I get this: <output snip> DEBUG:zen.zenperfsnmp:Failed to collect on flemming.gocsc.com (twisted.python.fa ilure.Failure: [Failure instance: Traceback (failure with no frames): exceptions .ValueError: invalid literal for int(): ]) INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:sent 0 OID requests INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:collected 0 of 1 devices in 0.01 INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:Count 1 good 0 bad 1 time 0.014281 WARNING:zen.zenperfsnmp:snmp agent down on device flemming.gocsc.com DEBUG:zen.zenperfsnmp:removing service EventService DEBUG:zen.zenperfsnmp:removing service SnmpPerfConfig INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:zenperfsnmp shutting down I've saw a post on the forum with this same error but it doesn't seem to have been resolved. Does anybody have any ideas??? --Dennis _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
