I originally thought that his issue was resolved with 2.0.3, however I have now discovered that the issue was just being masked by the bug that was stopping zenmodeler from running (http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2811). As soon as the new issue was resolved and zenmodeler began running this issue came back.
Any suggestions from any one that has zenoss monitoring processes.
