For Windows, you have to install SNMP and the Informant extension. On
AIX, make sure it's allowing you SNMP access - check the community. No
idea regarding CISCO - they may not even have performance metrics in the
way used for other machines (CPU/Memory load).

Hi
I am new to Zenoss. I am planning to introduce this to our company. I just
installed 2.0.3 on a CENTOS 5 machine.
I did the installation as instructed on "Install on RedHat Enterprise Linux 5"
document. I have manually added 4 CISCO ISR series routers, 1 CENTOS 4 server, a windows
XP PC and a AIX server.
I am unable to get any performance graphs on any of these devices. Only one
CISCO router shows the graph, but that too is empty ( shows values as NAN). The
other devices do not have even the graph. With this I have hit a brick wall.
If you have any advice on how to sort this out please let me know.
The info on the settings tab is as follows.
Zenoss Zenoss 2.0.3
OS Linux (i686) 2.6.18 (Linux zenoss.xxxx.net 2.6.18-8.el5 #1 SMP Thu Mar 15
19:57:35 EDT 2007 i686)
Zope Zope 2.8.8
Python Python 2.4.3
Database MySQL 5.0.22 (Ver 5.0.22)
RRD RRDtool 1.2.23
Twisted Twisted 2.5.0
SNMP PySNMP 3.4.3
Twisted SNMP TwistedSNMP 0.3.13
NetSnmp NetSnmp 5.3.1
thank you
