thanks for the reply. 

I can read the SNMP from all devices. I have done a snmpwalk on all devices. 
They all work fine . I have installed the service SNMP and the Informant 
extension for the windows machine. ( see below for the snmpwalk on CENTOS 4 
server) 

Any other thoughts are much appreciated.
