I think it is only a matter of configuration, Zenoss works perfectly on my Fedora6 server, I've never had any problem during install. Sorry I cannot give you any idea, but at least you know that it can work. Anyway, it's true changing to some EL linux might save you some time, rather that looking for what went wrong in your Fedora
