We are actually in the process of evaluating both Nagios & Zenoss...

The things that Nagios has over Zenoss are:
1) Parent/Child Relationships (and the ability to limit down/unreachable 
notifications based on those relationships)
2) better alert/nofitication capabilities
3) Documentation (when you are attempting to convince your boss to use an Open 
Source package good documentation is a must).
