Hello- I have installed Zenoss and have added several devices. Our devices are routers and switches. When a device is rebooted, we get an alarm and email notification as we should.
I have added several interfaces to monitor under the OS tab. As a test, I have turned the interface down. I see the SNMP message leave the router immediately, but it takes well over an hour for the interface down condition to register with Zenoss. Additionally, we never get an email notification. Can anyone shed some light here please?
