I'm just starting to look into zenprocess today. As far as I can tell, there is no way to select different sets of processes to be monitored in different parts of the /Devices tree. Either the HRSWRunMap collector runs, or it doesn't, when the device is added/remodeled; at that point whatever matches the regexps in /Processes is monitored.
