I've had a similar problem loading MIBs before saying that it couldn't find another MIB that it needed. I wouldn't download the mib it needs and store it in the /opt/zenoss/shar/mib/site folder and then change to that directory and type "zenmib run SNMPv2-MIB RFC1212-MIB" basically putting both MIBs in the same line, first the one I want to load and the other MIB it needs to run the command. I then had it load the MIB successfully with no problems. If you need more than 2 MIBs just type the name of the files right after each other. I understand with Linux it's hard to get used to how literal it is, if you do use the shell just type the first letter of the file and hit tab and it should complete the word for you, I use tab like crazy because I'm a lazy typer.
