I have installed and run Zenoss on a Windows 2003 Server. Now I
want to control it remotely.
I logged in via Windows Remote Desktop Connection with a normal
user account (not admin) but with enough admin right
to start zenoss.
When I leave the server, I had to Disconnect the session instead of
Logout as logging out would shutdown VMPlayer/Zenoss.
Also, I want another user to be able to log in and work on Zenoss
as well but with his proper account.
The problem is when I disconnect my session, another user wouldn't
be able to stop or start Zenoss when he RDPs in because "it's being
used" by
my account.
You need to use VMware Server instead of VMPlayer. It runs as a service.
