as far as mysql, you can simply go to your services and enable that. By this is how I setup zenoss to start at bootup, but there's probebly a better way:
edit /etc/rc.d/rc.local add this line: /bin/su -l zenoss -c "/usr/local/zenoss/bin/zenoss start" -l means use the username following.
